I. GENERAL SUMMARYThe AUP/Compliance/EDD Education Professional will be responsible for creating, implementing, and delivering training materials to new AUP/Compliance/EDD hires and existing staff. The AUP/Compliance/EDD Education Professional will be involved in identifying and supporting additional training needs as they arise. This individual will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Employee Development and must be flexible with scheduling as necessary. This includes but is not limited to supporting classroom training, one-on-one training, developing and modifying training materials. The AUP/Compliance/EDD Education Professional will be subject to material which some may consider offensive in performing the essential job duties of this position. Some travel may be required.
II. SPECIFIC DUTIES
1. Responsible for creating, delivering and maintaining customized technical and soft skill training in AUP/Compliance/EDD.
2. Assist in the mentoring process on a continuing basis.
3. Analyze employee-training needs and requests that are required and satisfied by offering participant feedback forms for every training session.
4. Demonstrate ability to manage concurrent tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Create and update training modules for AUP/Compliance/EDD New Hire and Department Enhancement training initiatives.
6. Practices the company Core Values. This will include the demonstrated ability to cooperate, work and communicate with coworkers and/or outside contacts. Also contributes to the overall “performance driven” culture and the demonstrated ability to live our values. (Team Work)
7. Complies with company safety policies and employment procedures.
8. Assist with mandatory and system training as needed.
9. Ensure readiness for all training classes (AUP/Compliance/EDD New Hire and Employee Development).
10. Work on specific long-term project(s) as communicated by Training and Quality Manager.
11. Completes work and assignments in an agreed upon timeline.
12. Fosters a positive, cooperative attitude to all company employees.
III. Required Standard (Measured monthly and YTD)

IV. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
B. Experience
1-2 years of training delivery experience in a classroom or business, preferably in a Call Center or Customer Service setting required.
1 year of experience in financial services industry required.
1 year AUP or Compliance or EDD related experience preferred, with outstanding performance and good reputation.
C. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
1. Must possess Public speaking and Oral presentation skills.
2. Must have knowledge and skills in using Microsoft applications: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio and Microsoft Project.
3. Knowledge of adult learning concepts.
4. Ability to write legibly.
5. Skill at creating course curriculum.
6. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability of leadership, organization, and time management skills.
8. Must be able to utilize various methods of lecture and demonstration skills with audiovisual aids and other materials to supplement presentations.
9. Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through.
10. Ability to work flexible hours and/or overtime as business needs dictates.
11. Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure.
12. Must be a team player willing to support and accept the total quality processes and systems.
13. Unwavering attention to detail.
14. Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
