北京波尔卡汽车信息咨询有限公司招聘 Position: Automotive Data Analyst-Price %26amp; Spec, Beijing Amount: Several Report To: Senior Product Manager Position Summary: Consult with senior product manager to implement price and specifications data researching, data entry, data quality control and generate data analysis reports / presentations. Job Deion: -Data research and accumulation for price %26amp; spec information of the car models through internet, catalogues, CDs or other related electronic media for China, Taiwan and Hong Kong passenger vehicle market and light commercial vehicle market -Manage part-timers to timely input data into the price %26amp; spec systems (CarMaster / PRTD / GVPS) through the data entry tools and control the quality of the data entered -Generate specific reports and presentations based on customer requirements -Improve the quality of existing data in the price %26amp; spec systems -Improve the quality of the reports / presentations according to the customers%26#039;needs -Communicate with other Polk offices to maintain the price %26amp; spec systems including the data entry tools -Calculate workload, organize and manage part-timers to fulfil the task efficiently -Communicate with sales and manager to provide new services on price %26amp; spec info -Immigrate price %26amp; spec data from current system (CarMaster) to the new system (PRTD / GVPS) in a few month successfully Requirements: -Good knowledge of MS Office software -Quick learner for the usage of data entry systems -2-3 years working experience in automotive related field -Accurate and be patient with a high attention to details -Excellent communication and presentation skills -Ability to focus on solutions not problems -Excellent time management and project coordination skills -Excellent English skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing -Team-oriented working as well as sharing information within the team -Management skills on managing part-timers Beijing Polk-Catarc Vehicle Information Consulting Co., Ltd. is a joint venture company by R.L.
